Mary Jane Copps is The Phone Lady. An accomplished author, speaker and facilitator, her business career has included journalism, management and entrepreneurship. She has spent 26 years analyzing the psychology of the phone call and now shares this information with everyone who will listen; it is her quest to improve telephone communication everywhere! Mary Jane has recently joined the part-time staff of the Nova Scotia Community College, she actively supports Feed Nova Scotia, is a Board member for the not-for-profit Entrepreneurs With Disabilities, and provides micro loans to small businesses in developing countries through KIVA.
