She has spent 26 years analyzing the psychology of the phone call and now shares this information with everyone who will listen; it is her quest to improve telephone communication everywhere! Mary Jane has recently joined the part-time staff of the Nova Scotia Community College, she actively supports Feed Nova Scotia, is a Board member for the not-for-profit Entrepreneurs With Disabilities, and provides micro loans to small businesses in developing countries through KIVA.
